This is the Quake 4 Grand Final at WSVG 2007 in Louisville, the second set. The Final was played between two of the best players in Quake4, Toxjq or Toxic (SWE) and Av3k (POL).
The first set was won by Toxjq and was the favorite of this final.
Sorry, but no commentators for this map.

Bloodshed 1.3 is 2006 World Cyber Games Quake 4 All Stars highlights. The 1.3 point release has really helped me bring a whole new look and feel to Quake 4 that I hope viewers will enjoy. It features: Toxic, socrates_, fojji, Cypher, stermy, ztrider, fatal1ty, and av3k. It runs 13 minutes 27 seconds and is presented in 1280x720 resolution in the Xvid codec.

Boosted_Q4 is a small mod for quake 4. This mod allows you to use rocketjump, grenadejump etc. Increased gamespeed, health, armour etc.
Decided to try my hand at some mapping for Quake 4. Went with making a small deathmatch map that could hold 4-5 players, as some people have described it; it has a very clockwise flow to the map, very smooth and fast, great 1 on 1 action.

This foundation created over the years by community created a well-recognized gametype where in Quake reached its peak during the era of Q2CTF. Over the years the degradation of this gametype has lead to the current crisis where the Quake CTF Community no longer has a playground to play in. Delta CTF hopes to resolve this by implementing those features in which CTF fans desire to see once again in Capture the Flag

This is his first map using the Quake 4 engine. The map is based off of the halo map Chillout and this map is made for 6-8 players.

This is my first Quake 4 map, but I put alot of effort into it. It's only DeathMatch, but it works for MP and SP, I extensively tested it. This v2 now works for dedicated servers.

Phrantic was a CPM map (CPM24), then a Doom 3 map (swd3dm1) now Quake 4. Each version has been different, tuned a bit to the engine/game, but the same basic fast paced layout. This map is a BETA release. That means that it is not final. The best feedback you can provide is an explanation of what you like and do not like about the map.

Enemy Territory: Quake Wars is a first-person shooter video game, and is the follow-up to Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory. However, it is set in the same science fiction universe as Quake II and Quake 4, with a back-story serving as a prequel to Quake II. Quake Wars will feature similar gameplay to Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory, but with the addition of controllable vehicles and aircraft, much larger maps and the option of computer-controlled bots.
This new demo incorporates all the improvements made to ETQW in the three months since its release, including the new training mode introduced in 1.4. The training mode is a great introduction to the unique gameplay concepts and mechanics featured in Enemy Territory: QUAKE Wars, so this is a fantastic way for those still on the fence to experience the latest and greatest version of the game.
The Enemy Territory: QUAKE Wars PC Demo comes with the final version of Valley, one of the larger battlegrounds in the game. Set in Yosemite, California, Valley has the Global Defense Force on the attack, as they attempt to foil a Strogg contamination plot centering on a water treatment facility. Valley features a great blend of close quarters infantry action, vehicle battles and aircraft dogfights, and the varied terrain combining mountains, waterways, tunnels and industrial structures allows for many different playing styles. To top it all off, there's a multitude of optional side missions and plenty of opportunities to try out the various defense turrets, artillery and radar deployables - Valley is a prime example of the frantic and diverse action you'll find in Enemy Territory: QUAKE Wars.
The Demo also features ETQW's bots, so you can explore the map and gameplay in single player mode with computer-controlled opponents, or use the bots to fill up empty slots on multiplayer servers. We are also including the standalone server as well as the server launcher tool, so you can host your own online and LAN games.

Quake 4 Expert is an attempt to bring forward a mod that''s been around since Quake 1. The speeds are faster then normal and gameplay is focused more on skill sets, like protecting the flag carrier, your base and planning strategies of attack, rather then hunting for items and using powerups.
Weapons are all given to you, regenning health and regenning ammo are constant parts of the game. A new weapon has been added, a hand grenade primer with adjustable speeds based on players hold times. The blaster has been readded to multiplayer, and has been despammed and made a bit more useable in a multiplayer game.
Standard powerups and item pickups have all been removed from maps. The reason is to focus more on gameplay and not searching and holding areas where items are important part of gameplay strategy.
3rd Map between Fatal1ty and Toxic at WSVG 2006 Super Final. The Map was Monsoon and chosen by Toxic. A lot of nice frags. HF!

To put it simply, funforall makes Quake 4''s gameplay much faster paced while keeping Quake 4 style movement. This is done not only by increasing the run speed, several other parts of the game have been changed to fulfill this goal as well.
This mod is more about face to face fights, rather than camping doors with a rail gun, or machine gunning someone from across a map. This is nonstop deathmatch action.
