Hello everyone! I''d like present my first movie about Quake Live and Quake 3 Arena mod - defrag. This movie is effect of pointless discussion at one of quake.net.pl subforums and shows possibilities of tricking in QL and few runs from defrag.
Editing and performance by me (ye big words, I opened Vegas yesterday for first time, and I didn''t know how to add movie and music :))
*** About content:
Few defrag runs (mostly recorded online) which are or aren''t world records atm (honestly, I don''t care :) and few things that make tricking in Quake Live big joke.
*** About video:
xvid codec, only fpp cams, fraps used :D, time of creation: one evening (with watching Vegas tutorial for noobs :D).

This is a exelent Quake 3 Arena movie which features Ingalill showing his best TDM and 1on1 frags. It is 11 minutes long. A must for Quake 3 fans.

Invasion is a Quake 3 Mod in which marines fight against aliens. The marines' goal is to capture the Alien Egg, like in the regular Quake 3 CTF game. The game is round based. The marines have to capture the flag before round end to win. Marines have only one life per round, so if they die, they must wait as spectators until the next round starts. If all marines die, then the aliens win the round.
The marines have good weapons and armor, the aliens have weak weapons and no armor, but they have special powers.
Note that Invasion is not a CTF game. Because the Aliens don't have anything to capture and Marines haven't anything to defend but their life and their mates, so the game is faster, deadlier and really scary.
IRC Score is a score bot for IRC. The first (private) versions were intended to just post stats of Quake 3 clan wars directly into an IRC channel. However, since then the program has grown quite a bit and is able to do far more than just that.

Hello,
those of you who know me are prepared for what''s coming. My new video from Quake 3 Arena: DeFRaG mode named JUMPING JUGGLERS. In this movie with a length of about 6 minutes there are demos played by the best CZ/SK DeFRaGers. Music... again brisk DnB with perfect picture and music synchro. I took good care of choosing and creating filters for this movie. I think it''s safe to say it''s the best that can be seen from me today. The music goes nicely side by side with camera cuts and therefore I advise you to crank up the volume to fully enjoy the speed and power of this video. There is no blur in this video for better quality feeling of the game and picture.

Another large FFA/Team DM map for Quake 3. This beastie came together with surprising ease, other then some initial shader problems (huge props to ydnar--can you feel the love?). The layout is pretty sprawling with a great deal of height and vertigo-inducing bits. This level started off as a tourney (1-on-1) map, believe it or not, and after a number of people told me that it felt too big for one-on-one, I went crazy and added about another 60-70% to it and turned it into what it is now.

A large FFA/Team DM map for Quake 3. This map was about six months in the making and went through serious revision a few times as the author came up with better ideas and ways to improve it. It's certainly his best work so far and he's pretty proud of it. The layout is quite complex, but it's surprisingly easy to get from anywhere to anywhere in just a few seconds, once you know all the tricks.

I bet at least a few people here have asked why there were no bots made for Krusade or Roderic. They are some cool looking skins of Sarge. I made some bots and i made them ass-kickers. They are harder than most other bots to kill or defeat. No chat stuff though. I will make chats though at a later time and then upload them again.
To INSTALL, simply place the PK3 in the baseq3 folder in your Quake 3 Arena directory in Program Files.

The map is based on a frozen rock/prison atmosphere, a placed carved from oppressive mountains and bottomless chasm's. The layout is based on my favourite Quake 3 Capture The Flag map Q3CTF3. I've spent many a hour playing that map and have on several occasions started to make my own version. Finally after years of failed start maps I have created my tribute to Q3CTF3. With this opportunity I have re-arranged several key items and hopefully made the layout more open for player movement.

I spent a little bit longer on this one, being that the rocket launcher is one of the more popular weapons of any Quake 3 player. The hazard stripe on the glass was influenced by the rocket launcher in the Nintendo64 game, Perfect Dark, but you'll notice that the two don't bare any other resemblance to each other, so it's not a direct rip-off. The model, although quite 'tacky' in places, had a decent amount of work done on it. The barrel is certainly not from any prefabricated MilkShape shape. Parts of the skin are the same but the skin and mesh layout themselves were done using my old traditional technique of using the skin like a pallette of textures. Enough dribble. I'm quite happy with this, especially in comparison to my other weapons. I hope it gets good usage and I'm glad it's finished.
So 'The mother of guns' has entered the Arena. Originally designed to fit the 'Punisher'-Playermodel for promotion-renders, the M-134 Minigun became more and more a standalone weapon-project, which finally caught all my attention. No need to say, i'm finally glad to release it now as Quake 3 Arena Machinegun-replacement.
A weapon replacement for the Machine Gun for Quake 3 Arena based on the Mac-10 9mm submachinegun, with a Sionics suppresor attached.
Here I am again releasing a new movie even though I wasn''t supposed to make another one. I just couldn''t leave the movie scene before I had squeezed every urge of editing out of myself. Now that this movie is done, I can finally say that this is my last one. Considering the amount of work I put into this, I just can''t think of a way to top it.
But let''s talk about the movie itself. Four and a half minutes of nonstop eye candy spiced up with Ebola''s tricks. Intrigued? You should be. This is one movie that you shouldn''t miss. I can without a doubt say that something like this hasn''t been done in Quake 3 movies before. The movie is extremely detailed and once again supposed to relax you. I found an amazing track that should really take your worries away. The movie has a real movie like feeling and one could say I focused even more on the editing part this time.
I made the movie in 1080p resolution but I rescaled it to 720p so everyone can play it. The filesize is just a little bigger than usual since there''s just so much going on in the movie.

This is the update from Navy SEALs: Covert Operations Beta 1.91 to Beta 1.91a. It's a ZIP archive that has to be extracted into your Quake 3: arena folder. This is a small bugfix release that also features some gameplay tweaks but very little new features, among those being: 64 unique colors for names, new server-variables (g_allowTimelimitVote, g_allowTeampointlimitVote), and protection from empty playernames.
Never Enough is a 1on1 Quake 3 map by verb, Equim and Akuma of clan cess. It is designed for vanilla Quake 3 1on1, but also supports 2v2 TDM and plays well in CPM. The weapons spawn every 15 seconds and the MH is the standard 35 sec spawn time.
