QScript is a mod for Quake 3 Arena that allows anyone to make their own server-side mod with no programming knowledge required! The only things required are a text editor (like Notepad or Wordpad for Windows, or Pico or vi for Linux) and Q3A v1.29+. To run the mod, click on the "Mods" option on the main menu, and select "QScript v1.0". With QScript you can:
Change the damage, rate of fire, and graphics for all weapons
Choose how much armor, health, and weapons players spawn with
Use the standard Q3A damage model, or use locational damage
Turn on an offhand grappling hook
Turn on a player "jetpack"
Replace the Personal Teleported with Droppable Turrets
Make Homing Rockets, Vortex Grenades, Push Grenades, and more!
This is a package of bots created using original scripts for play. The bots' models and skins look like the alternate skins and modesl in the game that don't have bots for them. These are just betas. The scripts will sooner or later develop into unique bots. To install just make a "scripts" folder in your baseq3 folder, unless you already have one in there. Just put the .bot files in the scripts folder. You should then be able to choose them off of the bots list when you choose to play a skirmish or online game...

Quick death is a mod for Quake 3 Arena, kinda like instagib but with alot of new features. It started as a hobby to play instagib. But instagib was missing something. Then some people started to think, why aint I owning the world? My aim is the greatest. The answer was simple: Even a lamer can beat you in Instagib by camping along! So, there must be something to make sure that when you are good you actually Own! Own and Own!! The anwser to those problems is Quick Death, a new Instagib mod with new features like 'Rail Shards' Quad Rail and lots of others.
Quick death is a mod for Quake 3 Arena, kinda like instagib but with a lot of new features. There's a gametype called knock out, in this modus you'll need to shoot your opponents of the special included maps (ko-maps) so the railgun does'nt do any damage, it gives the attacker player a "Knock back" so it needs to struggle through the incoming fire to be able to survice.
There's Also a gametype called Pro QD, if you think you can rail. And don't have any challenge anymore, then try this gametype where you have to hit you opponents head (headshot) to kill him. It's much harder then you think. New features include: new gametype Pro QD, and one new FFA map.
This is the second weapon model released from the Beast Wars Quake 3 Arena. It's Rhinox's machinegun from Beast Wars. Next up Dinobot's sword.
This is a required download for Quake 3 Arena v1.31 users. Not upgrading Seismovision would downgrade Quake 3 upon usage and possibly with errors. Seismovision v1.2.0 users do not require this update.
