-Added a cg_bulletprediction Vmcvar_t ( 1 is on, 0 is off ). now clients can turn bullet prediction on and off in game. -Fixed the non opening door bug(when firing at it with a predicted weapon). -Fixed the bullet in water effect for predicted bullet weapons(shotgun and machinegun).
