Chili Quake XXL, formerly Quake 2005 Revolution, is a High Definition Graphics Update for Id Softwares Quake 3 Arena. It includes some new models, new textures, and also new shaders. It utilizes the Evolution Q3 Engine, so pixel and vertex shaders are also supported, and they are already in use. It also includes some high resoluted weapon textures from Destroyer.The goal of Chili Quake XXL is to make Q3A look like a nextgen game while maintaining the compatibility to the original Q3A and its mods, and its original style.Note to the Installation: You have to install Chil Quake XXL in an own directory (e.g. C:ProgramsChil Quake XXL), and then you must copy the pak0.pk3 file from your previous original Q3 installation in the baseq3 folder there.

I ran it in Windows Vista 64 bit ultimate and it runs fine and looks very nice but the problem is that in single player mode the enemy bots are acting strange. In the normal Quake III they start with the railgun and in my ChiliQuake they start with no railgun and they seem to have a hard time picking another weapon up, only sometimes they pick up a weapon and when they do they behave normally bot most of them start with no gun and they seldom pick a weapon up and because of that they mostly run away from the me. Has anybody else experienced this with Chili Quake? Any way to fix this?

Great engine mod, but the cuestion is...how can i run it on LinuX? There is no x86_64 executables for win32? Great job!
