wtf? how to install? i copyed q3 cfg file to (quakedir)demota and if i start game, it just crashes what did i do wrong? win7 x64

LMAO, well you get the installer then put it into your Quake 3 directory then install it to C:\Windows. Then you have to delete the entire configuration and any modifications.

I have Quake 3 demo and want to play a friend in tenn, im in boston,tryed different configs and it says that each othersIP is loading but we dont end up on each others game.firewalls are off,Boston sets up as server, which setting for boston,which setting for tenn, Thanx in advance

****READ THIS ****** You can download also the 1.30 (full version) Make a new folder in ur quake 3 1.30. Then start the point release and choose the new folder u created and go. This is how i got my quake 3 arena 1.32 !!!!

i downloaded q3 then point release 132.exe did i need to download 131 first? when i start game i get no severs no response
